Fees

Initial consultation and treatment — £75
Please allow up to 1 hour 30 minutes for your first appointment. This includes time to discuss your main concerns, relevant health history, lifestyle and treatment goals, followed by a Traditional Chinese Medicine assessment and acupuncture treatment tailored to you.

Follow-up acupuncture treatment — £55
Please allow up to 1 hour. Follow-up appointments include a review of how you have been since your previous session, any relevant TCM assessment, and an individualised acupuncture treatment.

Block of four follow-up treatments — £200
A prepaid block of four follow-up acupuncture treatments, offering a saving of £20 compared with booking individual follow-up appointments. Each appointment lasts up to 1 hour.

Booking an appointment

Please include your name, preferred contact number and the days/times that generally suit you. I will reply as soon as possible to discuss availability and arrange a suitable appointment time.

Please do not include detailed medical or personal health information in an email. A full confidential health consultation will take place during your first appointment.

Appointments are offered by arrangement from my dedicated home clinic in South Belfast, just off the Upper Ormeau Road. Full clinic details will be provided once your appointment is confirmed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, may be charged at the full appointment fee. Exceptions may be made at my discretion in cases of genuine emergency or sudden illness.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to finish at its scheduled time so that later clients are not delayed.

Block booking terms

The four-treatment block is payable in advance and is valid for four months from the date of purchase. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are treated as used sessions from the block.
