About Me

I am a mother of two beautiful girls aged 3 and 5.  I have been on a career break since having my first daughter in December 2017.  Since then and having my subsequent daughter I have immersed myself in all things mummy and pregnancy.  Having had my 1st daughter through IVF I realised there is a massive lack of support from these early stages right up to the birth and postnatally.  With this in mind I have embarked on a journey that has seen a complete switch in career to what I can only describe as my calling. Over the past couple of years I have become a Breastfeeding Peer Support Volunteer with the Belfast Trust, completed my KGHypnobirthing Practitioner training and completed my Doula training. I am also a member of the Parent Panel on Radio Ulster and volunteer with my local Sure Start perrinatal team. I am currently completing a 3 year Acupuncture Diploma with the Irish Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine so I can offer even more support and practical help.
